Denied Systems PVS-31 Binocular Night Vision Device
The Denied Systems PVS-31 is a compact, lightweight binocular night vision system designed to provide a natural viewing experience through both eyes. Its dual Gen 2+ P45 white-phosphor image intensifier tubes improve depth perception and situational awareness, making movement through dark environments feel more intuitive. Depending on the selected tubes, configurations are available from entry-level 1400+ FOM through to high-performance 2400+ FOM options.
Independent articulating pods allow either side to be rotated out of the way when required. The system automatically powers down when raised and powers back on when lowered, while its sleep-and-wake function helps preserve battery life when the device remains stationary. A standard dovetail interface provides compatibility with suitable Wilcox-style helmet mounts.
Weighing no more than 450 grams with tubes installed and excluding the battery, the PVS-31 reduces helmet-borne weight during extended use. It can operate for at least 15 hours from one onboard AA battery or more than 50 hours using the included four-AA external battery pack. Quick-removal lens assemblies also simplify servicing, tube access and troubleshooting by a qualified night vision technician.
