If a product is confirmed to be faulty or defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable, and cover any reasonable associated return costs.

Cancellations Before Shipping If your order has not yet been dispatched and production or the process has not commenced; you may request an order cancellation.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund.

For cancellation requests made more than 24 hours after purchase, approximately 95% of the original payment may be refunded. This accounts for payment processing and transaction fees that may not be recoverable once payment has been processed.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as direct bank transfers. Online payments are securely processed through our online store and preferred payment gateway.

We offer a minium 12 month warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper storage or handling, unauthorised repairs, modifications, disassembly, tampering, unsuitable accessories, or mechanically or electronically incompatible equipment. It also excludes battery leakage or corrosion, normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality, and indirect or consequential losses. Discontinued products may be excluded where replacement parts or units are no longer available for reasons beyond Denied Systems’ control. Claims outside the warranty may incur repair, labour, and shipping fees.

To submit a warranty claim to Denied Systems, contact us through our website’s Contact page or email support@deniedsystems.com. Include your order number, product details, a clear description of the fault and how it occurred, plus any relevant photos or videos. We aim to respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

Do not return any product without prior approval. Once a claim is accepted, the item must be securely packaged, insured, prepaid, and sent to the Warranty Centre or authorised repair facility specified by Denied Systems. If the issue is covered by the warranty, Denied Systems will repair or replace the defective product or component and cover the return shipping cost.
