Important Deposit Terms

By paying the deposit, you are placing a confirmed order for the specific product and configuration selected. Please choose carefully, as deposits are not refundable for change of mind, inability to complete payment or customer-requested cancellation.

The remaining balance must be paid within 90 days of the deposit date, unless an extension is approved in writing by Denied Systems. If payment is not completed within this period, Denied Systems may cancel the order and retain the amount reasonably required to cover costs and losses resulting from the cancellation. These may include reserved inventory, non-refundable supplier commitments, payment-processing costs and administration. Any portion exceeding the reasonable costs and losses incurred will be refunded.

Locked pricing applies only to the product and configuration selected when the deposit is paid. Changing the product or configuration may result in a revised purchase price and requires written approval from Denied Systems.

Deposit codes:

Are issued for the value of the deposit paid

Can only be applied to the order for which they were issued

Are not transferable or exchangeable for cash

May not be eligible with some promotional or discount codes

Must be used within the approved 90-day payment period

If Denied Systems cannot supply the agreed product within the stated or a reasonable timeframe, the customer will be offered an appropriate solution, which may include an alternative product, additional time or a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
